Job details

- Attend customers homes for pre-booked appointments in response to plumbing installs plumbing
breakdowns etc, managed by main office
- Provide feedback and information collected whilst on site regarding diagnosis, repairs, ongoing
works required, and part information, all collated and updated using the software provided on the
iPad
- All types of repairs and maintenance on domestic and commercial plumbing
- Bathroom and kitchen installs
- New build installs
- Plumbing maintenance
- Full time, permanent position

Role requirements

- Must be able to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues
- Knowledge and experience of fault-finding
- Ensure works are undertaken as efficiently as possible
- Provide a good customer experience and representation of the company whilst on-site
- Remain professional at all times
- Work closely with other engineers and office teams
- Standard regulation requirements must be observed and adhered to
- Unvented and water regulation qualifications
- Clean driving licence
- Punctual and hard-working

Company details

- Growing reputable local Heating and Plumbing company, specialising in domestic Gas, LPG and
Oil appliance installation, maintenance and repairs, along with all aspects of plumbing.
- Close working relationships with own portfolio of long term and new clients, as well as
maintenance/emergency contracts with local estate agents and nationwide property
management companies
- All aspects of installation, maintenance and repair on wide range of appliances including
domestic boilers, cookers, fireplaces, cylinders, tanks etc along with all plumbing jobs
- Locally based head office, but covering an area 40-50 mile radius
- Uniform and iPad provided, with potential for company vehicle and fuel card
- Further training available for career progression
- Necessary tools to complete jobs
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Overtime/weekend work available
- Company pension scheme available
